Delivery time depends on your location. We normally ship from China by sea. Production, payment confirmation, sailing schedules and customs clearance all affect the timeline; earlier payment allows us to arrange shipment sooner.

Normally, a 30% T/T deposit is required to place the order so we can arrange production. The remaining 70% must be paid after production is completed and before the machine leaves our factory, so we can arrange shipment. International transfers can be delayed, so please provide the bank payment receipt for verification.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and local clearance charges. Policies and rates vary by country, and these charges are normally paid by the buyer. Please check with your local customs authority.

Yes. The machine is designed for straightforward operation with one-button starting and controls similar to a large remote-control vehicle. After basic safety training, first-time operators—including women and teenagers of appropriate age—can quickly become familiar with it. Always follow the manual and local safety rules.
